General ventilation filters

Our high-quality, energy-saving filters help protect people, processes, and products from particulate matter (PM). Bag filters are the most common air filters in heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems for commercial or institutional use as well as for industrial applications. Bag filters in the supply air are used as first and second filter stages, either as complete filtration solutions for comfort applications or as prefilters for clean process applications. These filters are also used in the exhaust air or in recirculation systems to protect the air handling units. Bag filters have a significantly higher dust-holding capacity and longer lifetimes than most other filters.

V-shaped header frame filters, such as the Durafil, are often used as the second filter stage in the supply air, either as a last filter stage for commercial or institutional applications or as a second prefilter stage for clean process applications. The filters provide excellent filtration efficiency at low-pressure drops, saving energy, and they need less space (depth) in air handling systems than bag filters.

Pleated panels play an important role in protecting the HVAC air handling units in residential and commercial buildings, hospitals, or even units for clean process applications. In most cases, they are applied as prefilters or as the main filters in package air-conditioning systems.

Prefilters are meant to protect final filters in all applications by capturing coarse larger particles such as PM10 both at the system air intake or in recirculated air.

The box-type filter is a deep pleated filter that is available with and without a header frame. It´s used for air-conditioning applications and as prefiltration filtration in clean rooms.

Media rolls or pads can be used as prefilters in air handling units, but also as filters in paint booths and similar applications.
