The mobile filter is part of a circular and sustainable service to enable you to comply with environmental and safety regulations.
Six steps of the circular Camfil molecular AirCair service:
1. Define the optimal solution based on your needs.
Camfil has built several design and service centres with highly qualified engineers who have developed deep application know-how. They work closely with the sales team to understand your needs, analyse the requirements and proactively provide you with the best filter configuration.
2. Prepare the mobile filters with selected sustainable media.
Camfil manufactures all their key media in-house according to stringent QA procedures. Performance testing is also undertaken in-house in Camfil’s molecular filtration test laboratory. All media undergo performance testing following the test method listed in the ISO 10121-1:2014 standard.
3 and 4. Deliver and install the rented mobile filter with media.
The filter housing is rented with the pay-per-use model, offering you access to the solutions with minimal upfront investments.
5. Plug-and-play replacement of exhausted filters with new filters with prefilled media.
The filter exchange is a clean process with minimal production downtime.
6. Reactivate or valorise spent carbon.
To preserve natural resources and minimize carbon footprint, Camfil offers the service of reactivating spent carbon. Exhausted carbon samples will be analysed to determine the feasibility of reactivation. If the spent carbon cannot be recycled, Camfil will propose alternative solutions for valorisation.
