2013

50 years of Camfil; an anniversary that Camfil celebrated worldwide. But the company is not resting on its laurels. Camfil continues to be the leading filter manufacturer in the world. The third generation of the Larson and Markman families enters the scene, and still today have important management positions in the Camfil Group. 

2014

Camfil acquired oil and mist collection experts, Handte Group (Germany), to expand the industrial dust, mist and fume collection segment of Camfil. 

2015

Camfil brings the most energy-efficient bag filters to the market and once again demonstrates its capacity for innovation. Environmental consciousness, low energy consumption and cost reductions are the focus of product development.

2017

Camfil expands market leading position on the Iberian Peninsula through acquisition of Servifiltro.

2018

Camfil acquires MC Air Filtration in the United Kingdom and Chimbault-Peyridieux in France. Servifiltro officially opens as Camfil Spain's new factory. Camfil and Salvador Escoda reach an agreement to provide quality Camfil products in their supply stores in Spain as well. Camfil launches its new website with the end users and customers in focus.

2019

Alan O’Connell handed over to Mark Simmons who became the new CEO for Camfil. Eurovent is introduced as an international standard for particle filtration and products are reclassified accordingly.


Price ceremony
Camfil is awarded the first GEEIS-SDG (Gender Equality European & International Standard - Sustainable Development Goal) by United Nations. GEEIS is an internationally recognised label for companies with an effective commitment to equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusiveness in the workplace.
