Welding Table

The welding table from Camfil perfectly fits into any workshop for fabrication or repairs. Equipped with two extraction points, the built-in downdraft extraction and the flexible and easy to position 2 meter extraction arm, the welding table captures dusts, fumes and sparks directly at the source and therefore helps to reduce operators health risks and to improve the indoor air quality. The extracted process air is usually routed to the local exhaust ventilation system.

  • Two extraction points for efficient capture of dust, fume and sparks
  • Adjustable airflow due to two built-in dampers
  • Integrated 2 metre extraction arm with totally flexible capture hood
  • Work area with rotating plate to help with maneuvering of parts (optional)
  • Conductive corrosion protection
  • Easy to install and maintain

Specifications

Application
Camfil´s welding table handles dust, fume and sparks from manual metalworking processes like welding, grinding or cutting. This workstation meets the demand of any workshop for fabrication and repairs but also can be used for example within training workshops.
Installation options
Workplace systems like Camfil´s welding table easily can be connected to a local exhaust ventilation system from where, depending on the type of emissions, the process exhaust air is routed to a dust collector to get cleaned or ducted to the atmosphere where permitted. Therefore the workstation can be equipped with an integrated or seperate extraction fan.
Comment
Camfil´s workstations are built to last in industrial environments. Made of heavy duty, welded steel with powder coated surfaces, the systems are easy to install and require low maintenance over the lifetime.

Dust collectors are necessary safety systems which have to be maintained properly

Dust collectors are necessary safety systems in many manufacturing and processing plants, thus as in the food processing industry. But if they are not designed, installed and maintained properly, these systems themselves can cause serious problems. In this eBook we highlight 10 ways how to make sure your dust collection system is up to the tasks of keeping workers safe, maximising production uptime and meeting regulatory compliance.
