Installation options

New installations:
The integrated Camfil GoldLink Connect will be supplied as standard with Camfils range of dust and fume extraction systems, fully integrated within the main controller panel with inverter and the digital touchscreen controller, fully tailored to the requirements of your system.

Existing installations:
For existing installations GoldLink Connect can be retrofitted to any make & model of dust collector in your facility, to ensure you have a total overview of the operational performance of your dust extraction systems. This will require an on-site installation of the GoldLink Connect equipment to your system. Camfil systems equipped with our touch screen controller can be retrofitted with the Integrated GoldLink Connect.

The dasboard:
The individual unit dashboard provides a quick and easy overview of the most important information for your dust collection system. It allows you to evaluate your operational running cost which highlights filter pressure drop, energy consumption and compressed air consumption over a time period of your choosing. Intuitive measuring points give a status indication that combines user friendly traffic light alerts so you can immediately identify if and where your collector needs attention.

GoldLink Connect allows monitoring of the following measuring points:
Filter condition (main cartridge filters & secondary filters)
Fan energy
Compressed air consumption
Hopper and waste dust level indication
Dust discharge system
Air temperature and relative humidity
Particle emissions
