Handte EM Expert Compact

The oil mist separator Handte Expert Compact has been developed to extract emissions from machine tools with heavy processing on full lubrication applications. The compact mist extractor is easy to integrate into tooling machines, and depending on the application, can be used for small to medium air volumes.

Application
The application areas of the mist separator Expert Compact are tooling machines with heavy processing on full lubrication (emulsion or oil). Due to the high flexibility, the most diverse applications can be served, especially high emission loads occuring from extreme cutting power
Installation options
Thanks to its space-saving and attractive design, the mist separator Expert Compact can be easily integrated in existing machine tools. Possible setups are top-mount installation, next to a machine with optional available support rack or in a technical center. An electrical connection can be easily performed via various available interfaces, following the principle of plug and play.

With its progressive filter design and maximized filter area the mist extraction system Expert Compact provides highest separation efficiency and low emission values. The optimized filter media ensures the best possible oil drainage during continuous operation which leads to long service life and high plant availability even under extreme conditions.
