The Camfil Group is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with manufacturing sites, R&D centers and sales offices around the world.
Camfil has local sales offices in 35 countries and proudly serves and supports customers in a wide variety of industries and in communities across the globe.
Central resources for research, laboratory testing, and product and process development are based at our world-class Camfil Tech Center in Trosa, Sweden, just south of Stockholm. This state-of-the-art center is the main hub of a global research network that includes R&D units in the U.S., Germany, Malaysia and China.

- In 1997, Camfil was part of the successful Pathfinder mission to Mars. We provided six ventilation filters for the Lander and Rover tanks, ensuring an efficiency of 99.99% with a particle size of 0.3 µm to prevent contamination of the Martian atmosphere.
- Camfil supplied top-level biosafety laboratories with CamContain air filter systems and CamSafe filter housing, meeting the highest safety standards to protect against hazardous biological agents.
- Camfil contributed to a medical project on the International Space Station, developing filters for the Mouse Drawer System to study osteoporosis in microgravity.
